Membership Requirements
There are no formal requirements to being a Partner, but plenty of opportunities! The Partnership is structured to offer a series of events throughout the year for a Partner to “plug in” on a regional or national basis.
These include the following:
Annual De Mazenod Conference
This weekend conference includes Oblates, Partners and national thought leaders in spirituality, education and media, and chooses a different focus each year.
Regional Meeting
An evening hosted by a Partner that includes a brief meeting, Guest Speaker, Mass, social and dinner.
Mission Trips
Partners have traveled to Oblate missions in Haiti, Zambia, Mexico, Sri Lanka, and Peru. These are offered on an interest-only basis or at the request of the local Oblate mission.
Ad Hoc Meetings
As the opportunity presents itself!
Partnership Letterhead
We ask Partners to lend us their name for our official stationery, encouraging others by letting them know they are no alone in their support of the Missionary Oblates and their work.
